Introducing the "Icelandic Essence Bingdao Pu'er Raw Tea-Year of 2021 (冰岛)" – a symphony of sweetness and complexity from the revered tea gardens of Bingdao.
Brewing this exquisite Pu'er raw tea is an art in itself. Use boiling water (100°C/212°F) with 6-8 grams of tea per 150-200 ml of water. Start with a quick rinse to awaken its flavors, then steep for about 5 seconds for the initial infusions, gradually increasing the time to explore its evolving layers.
The Bingdao Pu'er is renowned for two distinctive taste characteristics:
-
Sweet and Refreshing: The first sips reveal a fresh sweetness, characterized by a vibrant, sugary taste akin to fresh, sweet fruit and coolness. The dominant note is a fresh and cooling sweetness, reminiscent of rock sugar.
-
Aromatic and Complex: This tea boasts a high and enduring aroma with hints of honey, orchid, and predominantly rock sugar. Initially, the tea may present a mild taste, but its complexity unfolds progressively. Upon swallowing, the flavors subtly spread from the throat throughout the mouth, evolving into a rich, sweet, and crisp taste. The sensation in the throat gradually transforms into a cool and refreshing aftertaste at the back of the tongue, inducing salivation.
After the third or fourth infusion, the tea develops a sweet aftertaste that lingers with notes of rock sugar, offering a long-lasting and clearly defined sweetness. Its unique rock sugar character makes it a harmoniously balanced tea, highly regarded for its enduring aftertaste.
Experience the "Icelandic Essence Bingdao Pu'er Raw Tea" – a tea that not only tantalizes the palate but also unfolds a journey of flavor with every sip.'
